Following Diet very well. Am Drinking the Blueberry Smoothie for breakfast and lunch. Having a healthy dinner along with 3 snacks spread out during the day and evening. (Feels like I'm eating 6 small meals a day) Have not been taking a 30 minute walk every day... need to work on that part.
