Scale shows nice big loss but i think I’ll wait another day to record it. They tend to bounce right back on me
My hips legs and back hurt quite a bit today. I will not be riding my bike. I knew it was going to be a baby step process.
It’s going to be a cloudy and rainy day here which matches my mood so I may find a book to read or a closet to clean out
165.0 lb Lost so far: 41.1 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
