I just don't understand why I'm gaining weight... I know I've had more sugar than I should but I'm staying within my calorie range... this is miserable....
122.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

did you check your sodium? also switch out all your enriched flour out for 100% whole wheat! Its so much better for you. have you researched about the gallbladder issue? what is it that makes you gain?? just wondering?
