Day 2/28 Keto: On the road again
headache and fatigue until noon, maybe allergies?my mood was pretty grumpy when I got home. The family had pizza and homemade ice cream sandwiches and I think I was jealous that I couldn't have any.
it's obvious that a lot of my battle is psychological.
218.8 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you feel fatigue on keto it is good to check that you get enough salt and other electrolytes. And make sure that there is enough fat in your diet. Yeah I get the grumpy thing. I think probably for most the battle is mental. Knowing that is the first small step towards winning it

Hi maybe your electrolytes are down. Maybe some magnesium or salts under the tongue or in your water would help. I use Keto Chow electrolyte drops and fasting drops in my water. Helps a lot. Hope you feel better.
