I had hit 315.5 today. I am proud of myself for losing what I gained. Now I am back to square 2 of trying to get pat that number at least to 310lbs by the end of next week.
315.5 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 155.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
