No workouts were done today. I had been busy all day. I ended up working on some writing. Maybe tomorrow I can crush some workouts

I'm glad I am back down on my weight. Now I need to keep going down. I am feeling a lot better now to do some workouts. I hate whatever I had gotten had gone viral. It spreads from one person to the next. Origin unknown. Not even the doctors knows what it could be. It's over now, and I can get back into working out. I look forward to losing 14lbs this month.

I'm feeling better today. There wasn't any workouts done. I've gotten myself back up, and I played on my Nintendo 2DS. However, I am under my RDI (for what I had counted on a sheet of paper. I plan on moving my RDI up. It seems that there are days that I seems to have more calories. So, I plan on moving it up to 1800. At least there is some wiggle room.

It was hard trying to do a workout today. But I had done it. I had done strength training for about 30 minutes. I feel really sore. Not because of the workout, but I'm sick. It makes it harder to workout. I didn't want to dismiss working out. I knew that I would gain weight if I skipped out on one. So, I'm doing my best to keep my numbers down. I've been eating light these past couple of days, so, I should be under my RDI. Not that I've counted. I should keep records of it on a journal. It would really help.
