I hope that comes right back off. I was doing so well. I ate a lot of meat and cheese yesterday. Let’s hope it’s just a flex in weight. None the less. I will be taking it easy next couple days

@reta I was thinking the same thing. No way it’s 3 pounds of fat overnight.
