Power went out again at 5:30 this morning. House temp is down to 58°. Had I known it was going to go back out, I would have cooked a bunch of bacon. Now, I’m tempted to have some Raisin Bran Crunch cereal. Can you believe that 3/4 cup of it has 83 carbs!!! That’s not counting any in the Almond milk or the pecans I would put in it. I ate BelGioioso mozzarella pearls for snack. I ordered three kinds of Atkins bars which were supposed to have been delivered yesterday. Now it’s “today or tomorrow” for delivery. I have about 6 hard-boiled eggs. I could just eat them with no bacon. It took me three days to lose back the weight I gained after stopping Keto. Cant risk that again.
241.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Happy Valentines Day anyway Debbie!😊🌺❤️ You had a loss and no matter what you’ll get through this without to big of a downfall I’m sure. The worse is staying warm I would think. Hope it goes back on soon. Spooky windy here.

We would lose power a lot living in northern wi. We finally purchased a generator that kicks in when the power goes out. It's -10 right now, but we also have a wood stove.Cant be too prepared. Sounds like you have it beat.Great weight loss.

We got power back at 10am (after being out for 4-1/2 hours - the third outage in 24 hours). The house got down to 58. The moment it came back on, I rushed in and made 12 pieces of bacon, brewed some hot tea, and made my husband some (packaged) Chipped Beef Gravy. Now, we're watching TV (after being bored with absolutely nothing to do for a full day). Raisin Bran Crunch temptation averted. So far, still Keto, 9th day.

Glad to hear it came back. If you had some carbs like that your "weight" would go up but flush out again. It can be hard to face on the scale when you are trying so hard to go down. Hope you two can have a great valentines day
