200 grams lost overnight! That doubles the previous days lol. That makes 1.4kg so far in 5 days which I am so happy about, and even with all the painkillers LOL>

Woke up this morning pain free for a while which was awesome! Ran around doing stuff before I seize up again LOL. Am thinking today I wont be as sore as yesterday which means the muscle must be healing.

Yesterday I managed to do all my housework through gritted teeth, and walked for about 1.5 hours veeeeeeeeeeery slowly around two supermarkets LOL. It's odd to not feel lots of pain now after yesterday but I am loving it!

Losing 200 grams doesn't hurt my mood either haha!

Peanuts are the latest thing I am trialling for my skin, and so far so good too! I love eating peanut butter! Am weighing it carefully though so it doesn't join in the Hall of Infamy with my mayo LOL
211.0 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 67.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

So nice to see you moving in that downward direction again! Do watch out for the PB though; between the added sugar and the higher calorie count/amount of food, I can't tolerate much myself. Wish I could though, as I could probably eat an entire jar!

Thanks Stef!! I am amazed how it is falling off this week! Each morning I get on the scale expecting a rise or stall again but it keeps dropping - makes me one happy Kiwi!!!!

Sandy - I bought a jar with no added sugar or salt so the carbs are not too bad. The calories I will have to watch out for. Hence the weighing LOL. My pre atkins nemesis was Nutella *drools*.

Pleased for your weight loss and hope your pulled muscle gets better soon. You are doing well despite the pain though still doing housework and shopping!
