Really feel great, but the weight not falling off quickly is a bummer...have promised family a decent meal we all can enjoy when I hit 250...would some one provide that link to MIM again...I can't find that reply...that darn technology!!!
255.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
