I can't believe it! I was always told that if you write down what you eat and keep track of it, it will lead to success. I am now a believer. I know it's too soon to tell a pattern, but I'm liking what I see!
230.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 March 2009:
1549 kcal Fat: 57.24g | Prot: 64.39g | Carb: 182.12g.   Breakfast: oatmeal. Lunch: banana, hellmanns real mayo, honey roasted turkey breast, kraft american cheese, pita pocket. Dinner: bread crumbs osem, white wine, olive oil, feta cheese, tomato, avacado, basmati rice, tilapia. Snacks/Other: samoas, LA lite caramel bar. more...

Thanks! I had the best dinner last night and found the recipe on this site... It's the Morrocan Chicken... I probably spelled it wrong. It was fantastic, even my 13 year old son and husband loved it and asked when I would make it again! You should try it!
