Updating my Bio, once again.

I am 33, full time college student, full time mom of 2, full time health/fitness coach. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. When I was younger I had to work to gain weight, now I work to lose it. When I was 27 I started working out at a gym and fell in love with it. I have had several injuries over the years that made it difficult to maintain a healthy weight and I did the yo-yo thing for a long time. I am still not where I want to be but I am working everyday to get there, and enjoying the journey. I love helping people and can not wait to talk to people and hear their stories of success with their weight loss. It is more than just weight loss, being skinny, or a diet. It is a total life change. Hearing how their lives are completely different than they were before and how much it has improved.

Here are the promises I made myself several years ago, and I thank the Lord I did.
To workout 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes, let myself make mistakes without getting discouraged, give myself rewards even for the smallest achievement, live each day to the fullest and follow my Lord's will and not my own.

weight watcher points
I was looking for my weight watchers points as well today when I entered my food and the box was not in preferences. I thought oh I must need to check the box. This is something we will need to figure out together for sure.

I have a very low will power during that time, so I do my best to keep sweets out of the house and stock up on the good stuff. Fresh fruit and veggies to help me get through. If I have a pan of brownies or cookies I will eat them until they are gone. I wish you the best and hope to find that cure. God Bless!

OK - I'm new here...
I also know that the part that has your diet averages all your entries that are showing on your calendar. So yours is an average I don't know about the other diet part. (I had gotten curious and averaged mine just to see.) The exercise is the same way.

New mother!
After I had my daughter I had a little less than 4 months before our wedding and I had to lose weight to fit into my wedding dress, I had already bought before I found out I was pregnant. I did pilates and walked and kept my calories to 1400-1600 a day to make sure you have enough fuel to take care of that baby. I lost about 15 pounds in that time.

Thanks a lot for your info. and it is very helpful. I am working very hard to get in shape and look good if there is something that I need to work on to get there I would rather know now than later.
