I hurt my back and for a the last 10 days I've been off of my game. I'll get back on it now though! I'm not going to give up!

I'm not sure what happened. Perhaps it was the very big dinner I had. I think today I will try several small meals and try to incorporate more vegetables. I guess this means a trip to the grocery!

I had a really big dinner, but it was so good. I want to try to stay true to the pints thing and I think I am with my current weight. I am also stayng under 1500 KCal/ day. Again, like I've been saying, I have to get my ass in gear and walk or ride the bike. I think that'll be what really gets this diet going. Tanis, if you're out there... HELP!
