I had a really big dinner, but it was so good. I want to try to stay true to the pints thing and I think I am with my current weight. I am also stayng under 1500 KCal/ day. Again, like I've been saying, I have to get my ass in gear and walk or ride the bike. I think that'll be what really gets this diet going. Tanis, if you're out there... HELP!
