No change weight wise but I did walk yesterday & today. It was colder again today, but I put on my warm coat, gloves, hat & scarf.

I'm craving a meal out....no particular food....just something I haven't cooked myself. The last time I ate "out" was on Christmas day. Not at a restaurant but it was a meal I didn't eat at home. Guess, I need to talk to Hubby & figure something out. Meanwhile, chicken on the menu tonight.



144.2 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
