Since I stopped FatSecret logging I got off track. No real excuse other than I was under a lot of stress with school that I chose to not eat well. So I decided to give BistroMD a try because everything is prepared for me. This will cut the added stress of trying to figure out what to eat. I can leave the stress for class.
