Day three of the keto cleanse. I don’t loose big like in the beginning but it defiantly puts me back on track. Especially to reduce hunger and allow me to morning fast. I have stay home plans for New Years so I expect to at the minimum maintain
175.8 lb Lost so far: 30.3 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
