Holding steady 😊

Spending a quiet Christmas Eve with Hubby. We'll go to my Niece's tomorrow for Christmas dinner. It rained all day & the temps have plummeted from the 50's to the 30's. There is a chance of snow flurries but not expecting (or wanting) any accumulation. We have our first fire of the season in the fireplace....the twinkling lights are all lit.

My snacks earlier of Eggnog, sesame sticks & cheese straws added up to many more calories than my usual snacks. Good thing they are Holiday treats & I'll get back to "normal" in January.

Dinner is in the oven....Salmon with garlic roasted Brussels sprouts. Shrimp cocktail all prepared as an appetizer. All healthy choices ☺ There just may be carrot cake for dessert.
143.8 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
