Salt....that had to be the culprit on why I was stuck and then dropped weight like this. Interesting!
268.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Salt is my nemesis! I love it but I can tell when I've had too much of it...I retain water like crazy!
