I have been following this 1600 calorie diet without going over 1600 calories one day so far. However, I still haven't lost anything. I'm on day 5 and expected to at least lose a pound by now. Anyone have any comments, or suggestions? I'm getting frustrated!

Sometimes losing weight has a bit of a lag period in the beginning. Stick with it for a while longer and see if it helps. Also, stay nice and hydrated so your body doesn't hold on to that extra water weight.
If your weight continues to stay stagnant then you might have to tweek your diet some.
