Rough weekend with being sick. Didn't work out as much or as hard as I should have. Feeling better today though and did walk yesterday afternoon and did zumba last night. YAY for feeling a bit better!!
186.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
