Hey I lost another pound! It may be more water weight but thats fine I am going in the right direction. I do need to get some diet green tea today to start drinking in the evening instead of wine. Wine is ok but alot of empty calories. I started out doing my biking DVD, I like it but will like it better when my spin bike shows up! I am following a good routine on my Total Gym and I go for about 10 minutes. So far so good....
