I have started doing this whole cycling thing. Staying on my diet one day and cheating the whole next day. it's completely involuntary. I just start eating, and then there's no stopping me. Tonight I know what happened. I had a plan. And one little thing changed my plan. And instead of adjusting properly, I ate everything in the house. I have to stick to my guns, but it's hard and I have no willpower during cold weather. Who wants a salad in 40 degree weather? I want all the comfort foods I can stand, and I don't have the patience to cook healthier versions. All these sweets from Christmas aren't helping either. I just need a mentality boost. If I can get my head back in the game, I'll be good (hopefully). It's just the question of when will I get this boost? UGH!!!!!
