A huge one day drop for me so I'm expecting to be up tomorrow but I'll take the downward movement because sooner or later it sticks. Closing in on 70 pounds lost which makes me happy. I wish my left foot felt better due to the weight lost but it is likely time to go to podiatrist. I know I have flat feet, a bunion on that foot, a heel spur, my Achilles is too tight, and the likely Morton's neuroma. In short, I baby the hell out of my left foot, wear orthotics, try not to land too hard, do lots of stretching, etc but being that careful hampers my gait and when our gait is off, everything about the ground can be wonky.
