So a little itty bitty LOSS... BUT I am Totally OK with that!!! I am so ready for these Holidays BRING it on!!! I have a goal in my head that I don't want to get above... don't get me wrong, I don't want to gain at all...nor do I want to set myself up for failure. SO I have a weights et in my head (195) which I know can be done in ONE day, one MEAL... but my goal is to be conscious about it so IT DOESN'T happen. If it does... well I get my ass back in gear!!

I had my first counseling session with my son on Tuesday, I really think this will help him to learn that he can't act out on his feelings that he has to take into consideration right and wrong.

Well... Got to get to work already, it is going to be a crazy day and I still have to work tomorrow also! Grrr... I won't even get started on that.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ah, so sorry you aren't getting tomorrow off as a holiday..:( I am looking forward to a long weekend, that is after I finish a 12 hour shift!
