Good morning, DP. I hope you have a great day! That’s balance right there. Pop-tarts are excellent lifting fuel.💪🏻💖

I used my pop tart fuel to write a novel length email to Melissa so I'll go after work. Hope everyone has a grand Wednesday! I'm excited to not commute today. Get to stay in town. And I love fall. It puts me in the best mood. So there- OK- off to work.

Does that mean more pop tarts after work too? Hmmmm I never eat them but I have other fuel. 💪🏻😉

No more pop tarts today, Wifey. And I weighed them and they came out to 438 calories. Thankful for my food scale.

I'm doing unintentional IF this morning due to a full calendar and pop tarts would have been an excellent way to avoid this slightly hangry mood.

That was me yesterday Kat. Ended up 700 short for the day due to being overly full at dinner. Ugh.

Pop-Tarts or Pop Squats? 😎

Pop squats sounds like a flattulence issue.

My fav poptarts are the cinnamon brown sugar! I love how the texture feels when I chew them! LOL! I have a thing with textures.

Srossca- for me it is ALWAYS the pop-tarts...For YOU it is the latter, I'm quite sure.

Bearnoggin-I think that's what I'll choose next. I actually went back to a bagel this morning. I hid my pop-tarts from the family but I will put them in plain view so I can move on to a different flavor. Cinnamon brown sugar is fabulous! LOL, Kat.

DP, I like your strategy!!! In our house I'm the poptart their! My husband would always buy them but, they would sit in the cupboard for a month or more. I would slowly get into them thinking they will go bad if I don't. Right?! I swear the day I ate the very last one he comes into the room asking where his poptarts went! LOL!!! It never failed! It must be a Murphys law or something!
