One thing I love about Fatsecret is that you get to record your weight everyday as well as the ability to record every single meal you eat. This weight-loss thing is a long and difficult journey. My thoughts, actions and motivation change every day, however the data I have allows me the ability to pin-point mistakes and at least make this a fun experience. Anyway no weight-loss for today but I enjoyed my meals yesterday and I am feeling great with no lethargy. Managed to get testing strips so Ketones yesterday afternoon, 3.3 and 2.5mmol/L this morning. I will be tweaking a few things on exercise and sleep side and I am thinking of joining a 6 week challenge. Nothing quite like competition. So my plan as before is to go hard and have a good rest at Christmas.
293.4 lb Lost so far: 46.3 lb.    Still to go: 101.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
