My Weight-loss given eating and activity over the last 5 days has been slow. I think I went to hard on calorie deficit and this has backfired. Will need to plan otherwise I risk not achieving my 24th Dec Goal. Ketones @ 1.6mmol/L but I guess that number is useless in the absence of scale movement. So now I am beginning to question Keto.
293.2 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
