So I need to reset. I fell back into poor lifestyle choices: unhealthy foods, no exercise, too much or too little sleep, etc. It’s been a stressful couple of weeks and I need to take control over of myself.
Working to get back on track......
183.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay! You are back on it! It is worth the fight... We don't give up! How many people here have struggled? 100% of them. We have ALL had to reset time and time again. The point is to keep going! ❤️👍❤️
