So, an accurate "after vacation phase one" weight...up just under 2 lbs. from when I left last Thurs. but still half a lb. under my goal weight. We'll see how I do after 9 days of vacation phase 2 🙄 I think all the walking we did in Savannah was helpful, since I ate 2 meals out all the days we were there.

We drove 10 hours today to Champaign, Illinois. It wasn't too bad. Had barbecue for dinner at a restaurant built in the former train station. Their Covid protocols were stricter than at home. Not only does the weight staff have to wear a mask, anytime they're at your table you must put your's on, too. It was pretty tasty.

We have a 6 hour drive tomorrow. We have reservations with our friends for a Lobster Boil tomorrow evening.
144.6 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done o the weigh in! Even if you are up after you get home after this vacation, Im sure it will be absolutely worth it! You have worked so hard and are getting to reap the rewards of a little splurge! Enjoy to the fullest! You can eat conservatively when you get home. I would say you can eat boring food when you get home, but I know you will have beautiful food you make... Just less maybe at your house! 😁

Melissa I'm certainly indulging while we're away, but I think I haven't gone too crazy! I'm not worried about losing anything I gain after I get home. I do feel confident a week or 2 of conservative eating will get me back to where I want to be.
