Off to Target to buy a scale that doesn't fluctuate wildly. I was using a hand-me-down scale and, since it was my first week, I wasn't sure what to expect. I had a few 7 pounds jumps up and down within a day of each other. I can hold water but wow, not even I can pull that off!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
