Slow Road, Feeling great, rehab coming well, looking at my meals today,going out for lunch so not sure what to get. I might keep 95% red meat 5% Salad to be on the safe side or fish to be even safer but not sure I want to do that at this stage. Ketones at 0.4 mmol/L which is low for what I am eating maybe glucosamine has something to do with it. Will see.
310.9 lb Lost so far: 28.9 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
