I didn’t really gain. My previous scale was giving me lower weights. New scale is right on the money. Yippee 😁
148.6 lb Lost so far: 76.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had the exact same problem. Only mine was 10 pounds. ouch.

Carol thanks for telling me. I knew mine was probably still in the 150’s. That’s why I was elated. The 140’s is a new day!
