Katsolo's Journal, 05 September 2020

Gonna be super hot today (100), so doing stuff early. Ate breakfast, but meeting friend for brunch which will end up being my lunch. Survived the week, going to do a little work this weekend but will also swim.

No swim last night, but long walk with dogs. Was just super tired last night. Will definitely be in the pool today. Hoping it's one of those super hot/super cold weather systems, but don't think we'll be that lucky. Not delighted with losing muscle mass, but it also proves that what I was doing prior was working so will pick that back up once I have control of my life again. Goal for the month is to keep closing my rings every day. Still want 16 swims in September.

Alright, got a date to meet, enjoy the day.

Dude, it's soooo hot. Even the wind is hot. It's like riding a motorcycle in the desert.
