I have been having a very hard time buying the food I need to keep my weight down!
165.2 lb Lost so far: 134.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Well it's summer, so most veggies can be bought quite cheaply when they are in season. Look out for the sales on meat. Sometimes if you go to the store early in the morning, you can get meat marked down in price. If you freeze it, it's stays fine.

Thanks Suzi161 :) I have been on VVLC for over two years now. Finally went ahead and joined Coscos! I am still in a state of shock at how much I was able to get and still have a little left over, in case I run out of foods I need to continue with my woe and my goal of at least 140. I dont eat veggies. Oh sometimes I do it something here and there but only whats in season.
