Still have the Keto flu. Don't care. It's worth it. I'm trying to mostly liquid diet. But I'm not beating myself up when I do eat something.
265.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 100.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
