Stay calm and exercise on? Haven't fundamentally changed anything. Yesterday wasn't a "bad" diet or activity day. Feeling a bit like I live on the cusp of weight gain, one big meal and I balloon up (by 3 pounds). We'll see if my consistent, normal routine restores former weight and body composition. Here's hoping that consistency wins in the long run. Have a great day.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
