I am going to move slow this time as well.
I am setting a goal of 10 lbs for this month. i want to be 190 LB before christmas day. my original goal was to be 25 LBS lighter but in due time. i'm willing to take it a lil slower. the holidays are rapidly approaching..... and i know its gonna b hard to stay on track. but i'm going to put my best fat foot forward!
