i am 21 years old and a new mother of an 8 month old baby boy. before getting pregnant i had been addicted to marijuana & weight loss. before i got pregnant i was 146 lb. after giving birth i got up to 233 lb. the heaviest i've ever been in my life. i'm currently at 200 lb but the weight seems to be stuck on me.
i have an addiction to food. ever since being pregnant it feels like i cannot say no. i cannot stop eating. i want to eat everything, all day...if i could. but, i know that is counterproductive & will keep me fat. i hate being fat. who likes to be fat? anyway-- my ultimate goal is to be down to 150 lb. by my sons first birthday and 130 by summer of 2011.
