why me lord?
my biggest problem and the problem that most fat people trying to lose weight face..is consistency. it is so difficult to stay on track. i binged for a few weeks and gained back all the weight i lost.
its a tremendously difficult struggle, but i am prepared to start again...and this time, i will be successful. i do not look at mistakes as failures i look at them as lessons learned. i now know what i have to do. i now know a few more strategies to resist temptation. i'm ready to begin, again!
