Ho strange is this. It's like 200 was a long, flat plateau and then there was a bloody cliff. I am sure the "up" spike will be coming back soon, but my progress over the last week has been nothing short of, well, strange, interesting, and a little scary!

Onward and upward!
196.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am laughing out loud....WHOA!!!...your weight history does look like you are hanging from a cliff from this vantage point but how you will climb the mountain of success and the fun you have in getting there is a journey worth taking. You can do this Adaram! TOWANDA!!!!!!
