Thank you, Melissa! I'm still working on figuring this weight management thing out. I'm doing well, but I've only been maintaining for two and a half months now. I swore an oath to myself that I'd never gain the weight back. It's too hard to lose, so I'm not gonna do it.

Thanks, ny_shelly! I hope you're right. I had Buffalo Wings yesterday. There's a lot of sodium in the wing sauce I used, so you might be right.

Maintaining is a challenge this is a life long journey without an end. It takes awhile to find your sweet spot.

Thanks for that whoosh juice, newname! I'm sure I'll return to the reward zone quickly now! We had a fantastic weekend, thank you. That's why I'm back on my diet. We had a reason to celebrate, so we got takeout from a great Mexican restaurant nearby. It was so good, but I overdid it a little, obviously, and then had some tequila too.
