am eating a very varied plan now and adding a few carbs occassionally - like 2 fruit juice smoothies once and a wrap another day.
Long as I keep to diet rest of the time I am still purple. Realize have to eat often and not skip meals to keep losing. Even if a handfull of almonds. (my most frequent snack as it is quick and easy)
214.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week

NICE JOB jenibee! May I ask what phase of Atkins you are in now? You sound exactly like me - after induction I introduced more fruits, veggies and nuts and was still loosing albeit a bit slower than induction.
