Day 1 of massive surplus calories complete.

Result: 1275 calories beyond what I burned yesterday (3450 total) and only gained 1/2 pound!

Today is scheduled for 3800 calories, but first, time to hit the gym to burn the rest of my dinner off lol.

The "mad scientist" is in full effect, One Point! 💪
156.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
