Yippie....finally made it below the 200lbs mark. Adding the challenge of exercisIng twice a day, vice once, has helped. Previously, I was just inching. Glad to see the little extra helped. My choices are paying off. Let’s keep the weight rolling off.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
