Increase your water a little more and add magnesium and if you’re already on magnesium, take it before bed. If you cannot walk off the cramp, apply ice. It will break it. I hope that helps friend 💜💚

I agree with the magnesium. There is also a good product called Theraworx Relief that you apply as a foam type lotion. It contains magnesium sulfate. It is effective. Best wishes for a cramp free day and night.

I agree with the Theraworx. I've had leg cramps for years. I bought Theraworx. It does work.

magnesium has been working for me. I replaced a bunch of my salt intake with potassium powder but that wasn't enough. I take 500mg mag every day. I would wake up many times through the night with calf and foot cramps.

If none of these suggestions help you. Look into chronic compartment syndrome. That’s what I have. It’s fun stuff 😐

I take quinine tables. I get them from a Canadian Pharmacy. My doctor faxes the prescription. The quinine if $400 per month in the U.S. It's only $60 for three months from the Canadian Pharmacy.
