so, back at gym, still doing yoga, plenty of walks, calories okay. Weight up this week!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just body composition re-adjusting itself to the gym. It will settle down.

I hope so. It's difficult to track progress on scale weight when strength training as opposed to dieting &/ or doing cardio.
