I was officially below 200 when I took my shoes off, but I am determined to get there with a consistent methodology for weighing in. Am I being dumb?

Anyway, it's nice to be getting closer to the first goal!
201.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@Lisa -- yeah it's really cool! Had a meeting yesterday with my company's owner and another guy and they were both impressed and asking lots of questions. They couldn't believe that I could lose 30lbs and expect to lose more, whilst still eating *anything* and *everything* I want to eat! LOL

No u r not being dumb LOL !!! That is so awesome so proud of you buddy !!!! Today I am officially at 40lbs lost !!!! Let's celebrate for your 30 and my 40 buddy :D
