so i got an exercise bike with the things that work ur arms too and can i say im severely out of shape. first actual exercise ive done in years besides pushing myself in the wheelchair. 10 minutes was all i could do. but thats better than no minutes i guess. its my goal to work up to 30 minutes at a time.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

10 minutes is ABSOLUTELY better than no minutes! Don't stop and you'll be up to 30 in no time!

10 minutes is a lot of you haven't been exercising. 10 minutes a day will make a difference.

You can do this. When I started back on my Nordic Track after yrs of being seditary, I could only hope for three to five minutes. With dedication, I'm now up to 60 minutes. You can do this!

Thank you all Weve been traveling a lot the past few days and i haven't been eating so well. At the heart center today so more eating out. Gonna look for a chef salad or something.

don't knock yourself. just starting out is something you should be proud of. it takes time to build up stamina but everyone has to start somewhere. Congratulations!!

10 minutes is good. I could only walk 5 minutes a month ago and now I am up to 20 mi utes. Just add a minute every day or two. You can do this!

The fact that you are going from a wheelchair to a bike is a great start! Just push yourself every week to do alittle more but listen to your body. You will get there! 👍👏👏💜
