I was so excited when I jumped on the scale this morning. I am less than a pound away from losing my first 10. My plan to reward myself is to buy myself a new outfit for every 10 pounds I lose.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
